Well, what a year we have all had... let's hope 2021 is a lot different for us all.

At Inspire Net we have been making some changes to our billing platform, mainly around automating some of the old manual processes we had. If your account hasn't been paid before your next invoice is issued, you will now receive a reminder email. If you are paying within 7 days of your invoice you won't receive any reminders.

Paying by automatic payment? Please enter your username in the payment details, that way we can allocate it to the correct account a lot easier. Setting up a direct debit is an even simpler way to ensure your account is paid on time and matched directly to your account.

We will be closing for our team Christmas celebration on Saturday 5th December, from 1pm. The team will be back on deck at 7am Sunday 6th December ready for your calls. We also have our network team geeks on-call for any urgent matters.

Wifi. We have been receiving a few calls around customers saying their wifi is poor. Often when we go through troubleshooting with these customers, it's the customers devices that are causing the issues. Remember that the distance from the router does matter. Plugging things like your TV directly into the router will help with this, and remembering that things like walls and mirrors are your wifi's enemy.

Another common issue is things slowing down. From time to time it's a good idea to power off your router for 30 seconds and then power on again. If you have tried this and still feel like you're having issues, always feel free to give us a call and we can run through some troubleshooting with you.

Are you aware that you can log into 
your account via our website? It's pretty handy really. Access to update your details, password, make a payment, download a direct debit form, check payment history, data usage, check voicemail, change voicemail settings, setup call forwarding (forward to your mobile while you're away), check voicemail history and change spam filter settings! If you're not sure what your login details are, give us a call and we can reset these for you.

We have a brownout where we will stop any wireless installs and infrastructure work from Friday 18th December until Friday 8th January. We will still be dealing with any faults and urgent work however this will be at a limited capacity.
