What personal information do we collect and store?

So that we can provide services to you, we may ask for personal details such as your name, address, telephone number, date of birth or e-mail address. Some examples of where we may need these details are for billing purposes, home deliveries or installations and promotions and newsletters from us.

We may change this policy at any time by changing or removing existing terms or adding new terms. Changes may take the form of a completely new policy. Your rights of access

You have the right under the Privacy Act 2020 to access and request to update and/or correct your personal information held by us. You agree to pay us the reasonable charges requested by us in relation to time and attendances involved in complying with your request in this regard.

If Inspire Net has a privacy breach that has caused serious harm to someone (or is likely to do so) the office of the Privacy Commissioner will be notified as soon as possible. We will also notify any customers affected.
