MAINTENANCE - Planned Outage – Whanganui Fibre Customers

Morning Everyone. A planned outage is scheduled for Thursday 8 October ( Tomorrow), sometime between 10PM and 6AM the following day, affecting most Whanganui Fibre customers. Our wholesale provider will be performing maintenance on their core network, with downtime expected to last around one hour. If your internet is still down when you wake up, try power cycling your router. Still having issues? Give us a call on 0800 484 363 and we’ll help get you back online.
