Almost Monthly Newsletter

Happy New Year! We hope you all had a lovely time with friends and family. We're back into it and for the first newsletter of the year, couldn't resist some good news! This time it's our fibre plans that have been upgraded with speed increases! Check out the details below to see what speeds your fibre plan has been increased to.

 

Fibre speed upgrades

Residential Customers 

100 / 20 upgraded to up to 300 download / 100 upload

 

Business Customers 

200 / 100 upgraded to up to 300 download / 300 upload


The variable nature of the internet means your actual connection speeds may vary depending on many factors such as WiFi signal strength and the performance of your device. It can be a tricky business, but these speeds should make a noticeable difference.

You don't have to do a thing, we've updated all of our fibre plans already, so you'll see the increased speeds available when you log in to view your usage online, or in your next billing cycle. Change to Direct Debit

Don't want to have to remember to pay your invoice each month? Set up a direct debit and it will be taken care of. Download our direct debit form here.

If you've chosen to set up an automatic payment instead or you manually apply payments through your bank, just check that you're using your Inspire Net username in your bank payment details. This just ensures that your payment is applied to the correct account. If you're not sure what your username is, give us a call and we can let you know.

 

Receive your invoice via email

We're still trying to limit the amount of paper invoices produced and sent out each month. If you still receive these, have you thought about changing to receiving via email? You'll save the $3 fee charged each time a paper invoice is generated, printed and sent. Give us a call to change to receiving via email. You can also click here to download a Direct Debit form to have everything taken care of automatically.

 

Email storage exceeded

Just a friendly reminder that we will soon be implementing our automated email storage exceeded alerts. So, if your email storage exceeds 2GB, you will need to go through and delete any emails that are no longer required, or check and remove any spam to bring this down to below the 2GB limit.

If you're not sure how or would like more help with reducing your email storage, or would like to organise a back-up to pen drive, please give us a call on 0800 484 363 and we can run through the options with you or organise the back-up.

We appreciate your assistance in helping us to reduce the space on our network storage.

 

Central Districts Field Days update

We're all booked in for another year at Central Districts Field Days. Same site as previous years, S36. All going well in the world, we look forward to seeing you there! Keep an eye out for our usual Field Days deals! These will be available at the Field Days and online so that everyone is able to take advantage of them. 

 

New Staff

Finance Administrator
We're so pleased to have Sharon join us as our Finance Administrator. Already settling in well, she brings a great wealth of knowledge and we can already see that she is a great fit and asset to the Inspire team. Welcome Sharon!

Helpdesk Agent
We're also happy to announce that Jack is back with us on our helpdesk team. Great to see your friendly face around the office again Jack. Welcome back!
