It’s been a busy start to the year at Inspire Net.
Our thoughts go out to all of our customers that have been affected by the recent floods and cyclone.
It was good to catch up with customers both original (since the Tremaine Ave garage days!) and new at the Central Districts Field Days last week. A great event that was well worth the wait after a couple of years of cancellations due to Covid.

Inspire Net was proud to sponsor the Wi-Fi at the Rural Games in the Square held a couple of weeks ago and we also provided some prizes for the Clash of the Colleges event. A great weekend here in Palmy.
Just a reminder that we have rolled out an online chat on our website. We often find customers may have a quick question or account enquiry and don’t want to use the phone. Just click on the little chat bubble on the bottom right of the homepage and start typing. Certain requests may still need a phone call follow-up, but as we interact with customers, we will continue to develop what we can do via chat.

Are any of your family members visiting during the Easter break? It’s also School Holiday time again! Do you require an increase in your data allowance? If yes, give us a call and we can arrange it as a one-time (month) adjustment.
Did you know you can pay your bill online via our website? Feel free to give us a call if you need a hand or would like your login details refreshed.
A reminder if you have a Domain Name account, these are billed yearly, we now send out an email reminder at 3 months and then one at 1 month prior to its renewal. So, if you are thinking about cancelling your domain please let us know as early as possible. We are charged for these and so need to cover these costs. Also keep an eye out for your invoice, as they are yearly a lot of people forget.
If you just have a pop box with us, these are also invoiced yearly so remember to keep an eye out for the invoice and if you no longer need your pop box give us a call to cancel it.
We are noticing the number of customers having trouble keeping on top of their account payments is increasing. It’s a difficult financial time for a lot of people so if you are having trouble please give us a call early to look at options, maybe dropping down your plan size, setting up a payment plan, making regular smaller payments or even setting up a direct debit so you don’t forget. We don’t like locking accounts but we are a small local provider and this has a huge impact on our ongoing success. Thanks!
