Hi Team. One of our Major wholesale service providers has advised that there will be a scheduled fibre outage for a large number of Inspire Net customers in the Manawatu and Blenheim area.
Start Date/Time 31/10/2023 23:00 End Date/Time 01/11/2023 06:00
This should only be around 15 minutes within this time window. During this brief downtime, you may experience a temporary interruption in your Inspire Net services, such as internet and phone services.

One of our major wireless sites in the greater feilding area has become inaccessible, and as such, some Feilding customers are may be experiencing an outage currently. Technicians are already working on repairs and expect restore services within the next three hours. Apologies for the inconvenience.

While there is further work to be done, our technicians have advised that majority of customers affected by this fault are back online.
One of our major fibre wholesale providers will be updating their equipment, which will result in a brief outage for a large portion of our fibre customer base on March 29th, 30th and 31st between 12am and 6am. The outage is expected to last around 30 minutes, and once completed, your internet service should resume as normal. If you experience any issues reconnecting, please try rebooting your router. A planned Fibre outage will take place at 12.30AM on Thursday this week (16/03/2023).
This will affect Inspire Net customers in the Auckland area with an outage. Our general customer base may also be affected with increased latency as the work involves some of our core fibre.
A repair time has not been advised by our Wholesale Provider as such, however we estimate a few hours if all goes well.

A possible fibre cut between Palmerston North and Waiouru is impacting Inspire Net customers in the Waiouru, Taihape, Mangaweka and rural Whanganui areas. Technicians are already onsite and assessing/repairing the damage. Please note that your connection may be slower than normal or drop out from time to time around and during peak times (5pm - 10pm). Apologies for the inconvenience everyone. We are hoping to have this fixed as soon as possible.
Hi Everyone, We have lost a key piece of hardware that provides connectivity to Inspire Wireless customers in parts of southern Tararua. Technicians are scheduled to attend the fault this morning. Apologies for the inconvenience.
