Hi Everyone,

One of our Wholesale Providers has informed us that they will be performing network maintenance, which will cause a service outage for UFB ( Fibre) connections in the Palmerston North area. The outage will last up to 45 minutes and will occur between:

11 PM on June 19th and 6 AM on June 20th.

Services should come back online by themselves once the work is completed. If not, try giving our router a quick reboot. If all else fails, our helpdesk will be available from 8am if you need a hand. 0800 484 363.

*** UPDATE *** The maintenance work has been completed. If you are still experiencing an outage, make sure to turn your router off and back on. Most of the time this will bring the service back online. If not, please feel free to give us a call. 0800 484 363.

Billing services will be unavailable for customers for the next few hours. Mail service may also be intermittent, but should generally work. If your mail client's services do not work, please wait a few minutes before trying again.

One of our large wireless towers in the Eketahuna area is experiencing an outage. Inspire Net Engineers are enroute to fix the issue now. At this point, we expect this to be repaired by the end of the day. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Hi Everyone, We're planning a quick network upgrade this Sunday (4/02/24) between 3:00 AM and 5:00 AM. There will be a short service interruption because of this. If you have trouble reconnecting afterward, a simple power cycle for your router should do the trick. Hi everyone. We have been advised that there is a Fibre outage in Woodville. If your internet is not working then this is most likely the cause. Technicians have been assigned and will be dispatched today. No time frames provided by our wholesale provider as yet but we'll keep an eye on it and update where we can. Apologies for the inconvenience.

UPDATE 10AM Technicians arrived onsite and have identified the fault location. They have provided an estimated repair time of 11:30AM

Hi Team. One of our Major wholesale service providers has advised that there will be a scheduled fibre outage for a large number of Inspire Net customers in the Manawatu and Blenheim area.

Start Date/Time 31/10/2023 23:00 End Date/Time 01/11/2023 06:00

This should only be around 15 minutes within this time window. During this brief downtime, you may experience a temporary interruption in your Inspire Net services, such as internet and phone services.
