Our wholesale provider is experiencing an outage that is affecting Fibre connections in the Palmerston North area. As such, you may be unable to connect to the internet. Our Wholesale provider has advised that they have technicians working on the issue already however they have provided an estimated time of repair to be some time tomorrow. We hope this is repaired as quickly as possible. Apologies for the inconvenience everyone.

Hi Everyone. One of our Wholesale phone providers is experiencing an outage. As such, Inspire customer phone lines may be unable to receive calls ( making outbound calls seems to be working still). We have reports that phone calls to at least some Inspire Net customers are being rejected. We’re investigating right now!


We believe this is now fixed. If you are still having problems receiving calls, please call the helpdesk on 06 350 2580 (yes, this should work)! We’re waiting on details for the fix from our engineer.

Hi Everyone There is currently a fault affecting wireless customers in the Rangiwaea, Tangiwai, and upper Whangaehu Valley areas. Staff will be on-site around 10 am tomorrow to replace a faulty piece of equipment, and service should be restored by midday. Apologies for the inconvenience.
