A possible fibre cut between Palmerston North and Waiouru is impacting Inspire Net customers in the Waiouru, Taihape, Mangaweka and rural Whanganui areas. Technicians are already onsite and assessing/repairing the damage. Please note that your connection may be slower than normal or drop out from time to time around and during peak times (5pm - 10pm). Apologies for the inconvenience everyone. We are hoping to have this fixed as soon as possible.

Our wholesale provider is experiencing an outage that is affecting Fibre connections in the Palmerston North area. As such, you may be unable to connect to the internet. Our Wholesale provider has advised that they have technicians working on the issue already however they have provided an estimated time of repair to be some time tomorrow.
