We have been experiencing some issues with our mail servers today. Our Network Team has found the source of the issue and should have things repaired in the next hour. Apologies for the disruption.

We have reports that phone calls to at least some Inspire Net customers are being rejected. We’re investigating right now!


We believe this is now fixed. If you are still having problems receiving calls, please call the helpdesk on 06 350 2580 (yes, this should work)! We’re waiting on details for the fix from our engineer.

Hi Everyone There is currently a fault affecting wireless customers in the Rangiwaea, Tangiwai, and upper Whangaehu Valley areas. Staff will be on-site around 10 am tomorrow to replace a faulty piece of equipment, and service should be restored by midday. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Inspire Net DSL Customers within the Manawatu area are experiencing an outage this morning. Our Wholesale provider has advised that this is a known fault and that they are working towards a fix. We are hoping for a resolution soon. Apologies for the inconvenience.

UPDATE 2:02pm:

Our Wholesale provider has advised that full services have been restored after a piece of equipment was replaced. If you are still experiencing problems then please feel free to contact us on 0800 484 363.
