One of our major fibre wholesale providers will be updating their equipment, which will result in a brief outage for a large portion of our fibre customer base on March 29th, 30th and 31st between 12am and 6am. The outage is expected to last around 30 minutes, and once completed, your internet service should resume as normal. If you experience any issues reconnecting, please try rebooting your router. A planned Fibre outage will take place at 12.30AM on Thursday this week (16/03/2023).

This will affect Inspire Net customers in the Auckland area with an outage. Our general customer base may also be affected with increased latency as the work involves some of our core fibre.

A repair time has not been advised by our Wholesale Provider as such, however we estimate a few hours if all goes well.

There is currently a major network fault affecting the Waiouru/Ohakune/Raetihi area. Customers on UFB and DSL services will be impacted. The backhaul provider is working on the fault, but cannot yet provide a time to restoration.

Our wholesale provider is experiencing an outage that is affecting Fibre connections in the Palmerston North area. As such, you may be unable to connect to the internet. Our Wholesale provider has advised that they have technicians working on the issue already however they have provided an estimated time of repair to be some time tomorrow. We hope this is repaired as quickly as possible. Apologies for the inconvenience everyone.
