Terms & Conditions.

The Inspire Net Refer a friend promotion is available to: New residential Inspire Net customers (Friends) who:

  1. apply to join Inspire Net and are accepted as a customer on Inspire Net’s general terms & conditions for residential and business customers;
  2. sign up to at least broadband using a valid referral URL or promo code; and

Existing residential Inspire Net customers (Referrers) who:

  1. generate a valid referral URL or promo code; and
  2. refer a friend using their valid referral URL or promo code.

Subject to the terms below, the Inspire Net Refer a Friend promo gives: Each Friend who meets the above criteria a credit on their Inspire Net account; and Each Referrer who meets the above criteria a credit on their Inspire Net account. (each a Promo Credit). The value of the Promo Credit will be the amount advised by Inspire Net on it’s website as varied by Inspire Net in its absolute discretion from time to time.

To be a valid referral URL or promo code for the purposes of clauses 1 and 2 above, the referral URL or promo code must be created by an existing customer of Inspire Net using the email address registered to their Inspire account for receiving their monthly broadband invoice.

Both the Referrer and Friend must remain Inspire Net customers for a period of at least 30 days from the date the Friends broadband account activates for either of them to receive the Promo Credit. After that 30 day period, and the first payment made to the account, the Promo Credit will be processed in the next billing cycle.

The Promo Credit is not transferrable, refundable or redeemable for cash.

These refer a friend promo terms apply in addition to Inspire Nets general terms and conditions for residential and business customers and any other applicable plan terms and conditions. Inspire Net may change these terms or end this promotion at any time and at our discretion.
