What is the Business Plan?
Our business plan is designed for customers who rely heavily on their internet and/or interoffice connectivity for daily business communications needs. Customers on the business plan can expect the following:
- 24 hour monitoring of the MetroLAN service.
- Onsite support 9am-6pm 7 days a week (if deemed necessary by Inspire Net).
- 2 hour response time.*
- InSPire will carry ‘hot spares’ for the hardware providing the connectivity.
- We have an opt in ability to send a TXT message to your mobile or pager if there is an outage on the connection.**
How Much Does it Cost?
There are two speed plans available. The actual speed will vary depending on your location and what part of our network you can be connected to.
We have various data plans available to suite your usage requirements. Once you reach your data limit your connection will slow down to 64Kbits/s. If you have varying data requirements you also have the option to be billed for more data rather than getting slowed down.

Installation Costs
Installation of MetroLAN will cost $300 for a wireless connection. Inspire Net will determine and inform you which connection is available for your location once we have performed a feasibility study. MetroLAN connections have a 12 month minimum term and will incur an early disconnection fee if disconnected within the minimum term.

*Once Inspire is contacted about a connection problem we will respond with an update within 2 hours. This does not mean that the connection will be fixed within 2 hours as the time of repair can be subject to many different factors.
**Once the message leaves our servers it must go through the mobile providers' network which is beyond our control, so we cannot guarantee that the message will reach the customer in a timely manner.
